# sel reinforcement history command

Syntax

sel reinforcement history keyword <range>

Sample reinforcement responses. The nodes of an element will be ordered counterclockwise with respect to the outside of the zone faces upon which the reinforcement was created.

The element to be sampled must be identified by element-id or by position. If position v is used, the element nearest to v is taken.

displacement-axial [reinforcementhistoryoptions]

Get axial displacement in the element.

displacement-shear [reinforcementhistoryoptions]

Get shear displacement in the element.

force-axial [reinforcementhistoryoptions]

Get axial force (global system).

force-shear [reinforcementhistoryoptions]

Get shear force.

strain-axial [reinforcementhistoryoptions]

Get axial strain in the element.

strain-shear [reinforcementhistoryoptions]

Get shear strain in the element.

sel reinforcement history Keyword Block

One (only) of the following two identifiers must be supplied to indicate the reinforcement element whose history is to be taken, where the history will be one of: displacement-axial, displacement-shear, force-axial, force-shear, strain-axial and strain-shear.

position v

The particular element is identified by (v) coordinates (the nearest element is taken). If this keyword is used, element-id and node-id should not be used.

element-id i

The particular element is identified by the element ID number. If this keyword is used, position and node-id should not be used.
