## Vector Access

v/f = sel.hybrid.dowel.sforce(scdp<,i>)

Get the shear force on a dowel in global coordinates. If the optional argument i is supplied, the return value is restricted by vector component (1 = $$x$$, 2 = $$y$$, 3 = $$z$$).

Returns: v or f - shear force scdp - cable dowel pointer

Get the $$x$$-component of shear force.

Returns: f - $$x$$-component of shear force :scdp - cable dowel pointer
f = sel.hybrid.dowel.sforce.y(scdp)

Get the $$y$$-component of shear force.
