Vector Access

v/f = sel.hybrid.dowel.sforce(scdp<,i>)

Get the shear force on a dowel in global coordinates. If the optional argument i is supplied, the return value is restricted by vector component (1 = \(x\), 2 = \(y\), 3 = \(z\)).

Returns:v or f - shear force
Arguments:scdp - cable dowel pointer

Component Access

f = sel.hybrid.dowel.sforce.x(scdp)

Get the \(x\)-component of shear force.

Returns:f - \(x\)-component of shear force
Arguments::scdp - cable dowel pointer
f = sel.hybrid.dowel.sforce.y(scdp)

Get the \(y\)-component of shear force.

Returns:f - \(y\)-component of shear force
Arguments:scdp - cable dowel pointer
f = sel.hybrid.dowel.sforce.z(scdp)

Get the \(z\)-component of shear force.

Returns:f - \(z\)-component of hybrid bolt element position
