memory(m) := a

Get/set a value in a memory type. The first value is set by just providing m. Subsequent values are retrieved/set by offsetting m (i.e. providing m + 2 as an argument gets or sets the third FISH variable).

Returns:a - a value in memory
Accepts:a - a value to assign to memory
Arguments:m - memory pointer to a memory type.
