wall-zone compute-stiffness command

Syntax

wall-zone compute-stiffness b

Compute the stiffnesses to be added to gridpoints (default b = false). The computed stiffness is multiplied by the stiffness factor (see the wall-zone stiffness-factor command). When enabled, the stiffnesses of the contacts are not added to the gridpoint stiffnesses. Instead, the current gridpoint stiffnesses are multiplied by the stiffness factor and added back to the gridpoint stiffnesses. This provides a stiffness that is closer to a continuity condition independent of scale provided that the contact stiffness are consistent with the gridpoint stiffnesses.
