block.zone.stress.prin
Syntax
- v := block.zone.stress.prin(bzp)
Get the zone principal stress. Note that compressive stresses are negative.
Returns: v - principal stress vector Arguments: bzp - block zone pointer
Component Access
f := block.zone.stress.prin
(bzp)->x
- f := block.zone.stress.prin.x(bzp)
Get the \(x\)-component of the zone principal stress.
Returns: f - \(x\)-component of zone principal stress Arguments: bzp - block zone pointer

Deprecated Component Access
Component access by adding an optional integer in the function arguments (block.zone.stress.prin(bzp,<int>)
) is deprecated. It remains available but will not be supported in future versions. See Component Access with Integers in FISH on the Deprecated Commands and FISH page for details.
