Syntax

- v := data.tensor.pos(tp)
- data.tensor.pos(tp) := v
Get/set the tensor position.

Returns: v - tensor position vector Accepts: v - tensor position vector Arguments: tp - user tensor pointer

Component Access

f := `data.tensor.pos`

- f := data.tensor.pos.x(tp)
Get/set the \(x\)-component of the tensor position.

Returns: f - \(x\)-component of the tensor position vector Accepts: f - \(x\)-component of the tensor position vector Arguments: tp - user tensor pointer

Deprecated Component Access

Component access by adding an optional integer in the function arguments (`data.tensor.pos(tp,<int>)`

) is deprecated. It remains available but will not be supported in future versions. See Component Access with Integers in FISH on the Deprecated Commands and FISH page for details.
