Show Claimed Licenses Dialog

Basic information about the license (or licenses) in use is reported in this dialog. If there is not a claimed license in use, the dialog will report “No Licenses Claimed.” (A license is only claimed during cycling or during operations that change the model if it is larger than a threshold minimum size. There are a substantial number of actions in the program that may be performed without claiming a license that would cause this dialog to give a “No License Claimed” report.)
