struct.shell.stress.bounds

Syntax

v2 := struct.shell.stress.bounds(p)

Gets the minimum $(\sigma_{min})$ and maximum $(\sigma_{max})$ stress within the element (see the structure shell list stress-bounds (or liner/geogrid) command).

Returns:

v2 - stress within the element ordered as $(\sigma_{min},\sigma_{max})$

Arguments:

p - pointer to a shell-type element
