building-blocks set auto-tolerance command

Syntax

building-blocks set auto-tolerance b

Set the auto-tolerance flag for geometric manipulations. When auto-tolerance flag is on, any geometric manipulation of building blocks/faces/edges/points will update the tolerance with the value that is average length of all edges × \(10^{-8}\). The tolerance update will happen before validation of all affected blocks.
