zone.field.component

Syntax

s := zone.field.component

zone.field.component = s

Get/set the scalar value retrieved from a name that returns a vector. If the type is not a vector, this value is ignored. Valid strings are x, y, z (3D ONLY), and magnitude.

Returns:

s - the current component setting

Accepts:

s - the new component setting. Keyword matching rules apply. If no match is found an error will occur.
