wall thermal attribute command

Syntax

wall thermal attribute <facet> keyword ... <range>

Primary keywords:

temperature

Set the value of thermal wall attributes. This command is a synonym for the wall thermal initialize command. Individual attributes can be listed with the wall thermal list command, and all thermal wall attributes can be visualized. The optional facet keyword can be used with the temperature keyword to set the facet temperature for facets in the specified range.

Note

Similar to wall attributes and properties, there is a fundamental distinction between thermal wall attributes and thermal wall properties. Thermal wall attributes are characteristics of the thermal walls such as temperature.

Add f to the existing value.

gradient v

Apply a linear gradient in each of the axes directions starting at the origin.

gradient-x f

Apply a linear gradient in the \(x\)-direction starting at the origin.

gradient-y f

Apply a linear gradient in the \(y\)-direction starting at the origin.

gradient-z f

Apply a linear gradient in the \(z\)-direction starting at the origin.

multiply f

Multiply the existing value by f.

replace f

Replace the existing value with f.
