Syntax
- contact detection b <keyword>
Primary keywords:
Specify whether or not contacts are automatically detected (on by default). If the type keyword is not given then it applies to all contact types.
By default, contact detection occurs during cycling automatically based on criteria for pieces moving outside of their tolerance extents (see here). If set to false, though, no new contacts will be created while cycling and no existing contacts will be deleted.
- type keyword ...
Turn on/off contact detection for a specific type of contact. All other contacts will be detected.
- ball-ball
Specify the contact detection state for ball-ball contacts.
- ball-facet
Specify the contact detection state for ball-facet contacts.
- ball-pebble
Specify the contact detection state for ball-pebble contacts.
- ball-rblock
Specify the contact detection state for ball-rblock contacts.
- pebble-facet
Specify the contact detection state for pebble-facet contacts.
- pebble-pebble
Specify the contact detection state for pebble-pebble contacts.
- pebble-rblock
Specify the contact detection state for pebble-rblock contacts.
- rblock-facet
Specify the contact detection state for rblock-facet contacts.
- rblock-rblock
Specify the contact detection state for rblock-rblock contacts.
