Floating and Docking
To Float
There are two main methods of floating a pane.
Move the pane such that no area of the program window is highlighted blue at the moment the mouse button is released.
Select
from the pane menu ().
When “floated,” the pane is fully detached from the main window of the program, and may be operated independently of it.

select
from the pane menu ().
