data.label.end

Syntax

v := data.label.end(lp)

data.label.end(lp) := v

Get/set the end position. If the optional end position is different from the value returned by data.label.pos, then an arrow is drawn with the label.

Returns:

v - end position vector

Accepts:

v - end position vector

Arguments:

lp - label pointer

Component Access

f := data.label.end (lp)->x
data.label.end (lp)->x := f

f := data.label.end.x(lp)

data.label.end.x(lp) := f

Get/set the \(x\)-component of the end position. If the optional end position is different from the value returned by data.label.pos, then an arrow is drawn with the label.

Returns:

f - \(x\)-component of the end position vector

Accepts:

f - \(x\)-component of the end position vector

Arguments:

lp - label pointer

Access other vector components (\(y\), \(z\)) by substituting the component name where \(x\) appears above. See Member Access Operator for information about accessing members from data types using ->.

Deprecated Component Access

Component access by adding an optional integer in the function arguments (data.label.end(lp,<int>)) is deprecated. It remains available but will not be supported in future versions. See Component Access with Integers in FISH on the Deprecated Commands and FISH page for details.
