structure beam apply command

Syntax

structure beam apply f1 f2 <range> (only 1 component in 2D)

Assign uniform applied distributed load (force per unit length) to all beam elements in the range. Positive loads acts in the positive \(y\)- or \(z\)-directions (f1 and f2, respectively) of the element coordinate system and maintains this orientation during large-strain motion. Point loads are applied at the nodes using the command structure node apply.
