Syntax

Vector Access

v/f = sel.node.pos(snp<,i>)

Get the node position. If the optional argument i is supplied, the return value is restricted by vector component (1 = \(x\), 2 = \(y\), 3 = \(z\)).

Returns:v or f- position
Arguments:snp - node pointer i - optional component indicator

Component Access

f = sel.node.pos.x(snp)

Get the \(x\)-component of position.

Returns:f - \(x\)- position
Arguments:snp - node pointer
f = sel.node.pos.y(snp)

Get the \(y\)-component of position.

Returns:f - \(y\)- position
Arguments:snp - node pointer
f = sel.node.pos.z(snp)

Get the \(z\)-component of position.

Returns:f - \(z\)- position
Arguments:snp - node pointer
