zone joint gridpoint-stiffness command

Syntax

zone joint gridpoint-stiffness b

Specify whether or not gridpoint stiffnesses are accumulated across zone joints. By default, only the contact model stiffness is accumulated to gridpoints on either side of a zone joint. If activated, both the contact model stiffness and the gridpoint stiffnesses are accumulated to gridpoints on either side of a zone joint. This may be useful when sliver zones exist with zone joints, providing a substantially higher degree of stability. This command should be given before cycling the model, and only for models with sliver zones.
