Syntax
- v := sel.reinforcement.dir(srp)
Get the direction of a reinforcement element.
Returns: v - orientation vector Arguments: srp - reinforcement pointer
Component Access
f := sel.reinforcement.dir
(srp)->x
- f := sel.reinforcement.dir.x(srp)
Get the \(x\)-component of the direction of a reinforcement element.
Returns: f - \(x\)-component of the orientation vector Arguments: srp - reinforcement pointer

Deprecated Component Access
Component access by adding an optional integer in the function arguments (sel.reinforcement.dir(srp,<int>)
) is deprecated. It remains available but will not be supported in future versions. See Component Access with Integers in FISH on the Deprecated Commands and FISH page for details.
