zone effective-stress-cutoff command

Syntax

zone effective-stress-cutoff <f >

Sets the default value used for water/fluid effective stress cutoff. Pore-pressures below this value are cutoff at this value for the purpose of calculating effective stresses. Note that if model configure fluid-flow has been given, then this value can be overridden in a given zone by an assigned effective-cutoff property. The default value is no cutoff.
