Interactive Use

Set Filter: Position the mouse over the handle point at one end (or the other) of the cylinder ( ) until it indicates that positioning mode is ready ( ). Left-click and drag to set the position of that end of the cylinder. Set the mouse over the edge of the inner cylinder until the cursor indicates that sizing mode is ready ( ). Left click and drag to size “Radius 1.” Similarly position the cursor over the edge of the outer cylinder to interactively size “Radius 2.”

Attributes

Not: Invert the filter element’s selection.

Extent: If checked, only include the item if its entire extent fits within this filter element’s definition. If not checked, the item’s centroid is used to determine the location of the item and whether it is within the filter element’s definition.

Begin: Specify the x, y and z position of the first end of the cylinder.

End: Specify the x, y and z position of the opposing end of the cylinder.

Radius 1: Specify the size of the inner radius.

Radius 2: Specify the size of the outer radius.
